Masitas is a small family business in Neuchâtel. We treat your data the way we would want ours treated: the bare minimum, and nothing leaves here.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form: name, email, WhatsApp number, delivery address, your order and your message if you leave one. Nothing else.
Why
To prepare your order, deliver it and confirm it. That is all.
Where your data goes
Nowhere. It stays on our server, in Switzerland, with our host. We use no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no third-party notification service. The fonts and icons on this site are hosted here: even by visiting this page, your IP address is sent to no one.
Cookies
Two, both strictly necessary: a session cookie (so the form works) and a language cookie (to remember you read in English). No advertising cookies. No trackers.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. A WhatsApp message is enough — no forms, no procedure.
How long
Orders are kept as long as accounting requires. The waiting list is deleted as soon as we open your area, or on request.
