To enjoy them at their best

Arepas and empanadas keep for up to a week in the fridge. Pandeyucas are best the same day or the next.

How to reheat

  • In a pan: medium heat, about 5 min per side. Straight from the fridge, dampen them slightly first.
  • In an air fryer: 180 °C for about 7 min.

Our food is naturally gluten-free, made from corn or cassava. It is prepared in a clean home kitchen, so traces cannot be ruled out.
